Fécamp is situated at the outflow of the Valmont River to the English channel (La Manche) in North Normandy. It is around 35 km northeast of Le Havre, and around 60 km northwest of Rouen.

Étretat is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in north-western France. It is a tourist and farming town situated about 32 km northeast of Le Havre. It's located on the coast of the pays de Caux area.
