Trebinje is the southernmost town in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located along the Trebisnjica River which flows towards the Popovo polje, on the elevation of 275 m. The town is situated west from Orjen mountain massif and nearby the three borders of Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is only 40 km from Bay of Kotor and 27 from Dubrovnik. About 15 km up to the stream is Grancarevo dam. On the place of the lake was Arslangic Bridge which was moved in the original shape to new location just nearby Trebinje. This is an architectural master piece and brilliant example of Ottoman stone bridge building.
