Eco-Museum of Hop-Growing and Brewing Industry in Slovenia

Žalec is a town and a municipality center in Savinska dolina. This is a center of the hop "vine" cultivation in Slovenia. Sights of the town are old town nucleus with the roman-gothic church and the Širce´s home from the year 1669 on Šlandrov trg which is known as the native house of the composer Friderik Širca - Risto Savin.
