On 22nd September 2006 was European "No
Car Day". Ljubljana downtown was closed for cars - only one day but what
a joy to walk! Cars emit high percentage of greenhouse gases, so the European
Commission has signed voluntary agreements with the automotive industry
to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) to control greenhouse
gas emissions from the transportation sector. Alternative way is railway
transportation.
First train drove to Ljubljana on September 16th, 1849.
In 360° Surround Photography is a train with the panoramas along the composition. High
resolution panoramas sticked on the train represent Slovenian landscapes
East to West Slovenia.
Oh... yes - there is another alternative of tranportation - bikes ...
or footing! |
22. septembra 2006 je bil 'Evropski dan brez avtomobila'. Center Ljubljane,
prijeten sprehod! Velik delež toplogrednih plinov prispevajo ravno avtomobili
