Canyon d'Oppedette is a ~ 1 km long and 150 m deep gorge - 'through-gorge' of Cavalon River. The gorge is known by the several natural bridges, daves and other corrosion forms in the limestone area. High above on the prominence and the entrance of the river into the gorge, on the elevation of 525 m, is a small village Oppedette. There is a starting point for a round of the gorge.
