Rihemberk Castle is situated on a hill south of the settlement Branik. A characteristic feature of the castle is its prominent cylindrical tower. The building was first mentioned as the home of the Rihemberk family as early as the 12th century. The castle was intentionally destroyed after World War II, but restoration work followed shortly thereafter and continues to this day.
