Pokljuka (Planina Zajavornik/Javorniška planina)

Javorniška planina (1300 m above sea level) is an area on the Pokljuka plateau in the Julian Alps. Wooden shepherd's huts and stables are set up on the mountain.
Cows graze on the mountain during the summer, and in winter there are cross-country trails.
Access to the mountain is by road from Mrzli Studenec or Rudno polje or by a forest path from the Šport hotel in Pokljuka.
