Sentjur is situated eastern from Celje and is the municipality centre in the Voglajna coutryside. Settlement was named by the church which was rebuild in 1340. As a market settlement was mentioned in 1384 and as a town is from 1990. Famous residents were composers from the family Ipavec. |
