The 116-002 is a successful light tank loco for suburban service, suitable even for express trains on short distances. She was in production from 1904 to 1918 and served everywhere in the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
In our regions, she was used on lines such as Ljubljana - Tarvisio, Ljubljana - Novo mesto - Karlovac. Later, these locomotives were withdrawn to local lines like Kranj - Tržič, Vrhnika, Kočevje and Celje - Dravograd.
