Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu (Piscia diGallu, “Roosters Piss” Waterfall) is a 50 m high waterfall about 1 km from the dam and the lake l'Ospédale on the elevation of ~ 900 m above sea level. Access to the area is from Porto-Vecchio to direction Palavesa and L’Ospedale. It is 22 km of the well paved panoramic road with the elevation from 0 m to 900 m. Footpath to the waterfall starts from the hut with the parking lots nearby the road. It is about 40 min of quite easy hiking with descend to the bottom of the waterfall and about 60 min back up. |
