Šebrelje (lat: 46°05' N, lon: 13°55' E, elevation.: ~ 600m). The settlement lies on the plateau of Šebrelje above the bed of the Idrijca River. The settlement is parceled out to Dolenja vas, Srednja vas, and Gorenja vas (The Lower, Middle, and Upper villages).

This area was settled as far back as the Würm Ice Age, which is indicated by archeological findings in Divje Babe, where the famous bone flute was found — the oldest musical instrument known so far. Today, the area is a popular cycling destination, and the local specialty sausage 'šebrejski želodec' is a recognized geographical designation.
